While casework is accepted from all parties it will rarely be accepted from a private individual without legal representation if future legal proceedings are planned or possible.

Also, I cannot be designated or in any way indicated to be a retained expert unless payment of the non-refundable retainer and a signed Engagement Agreement for Expert Services (available upon request) has been received in our office.  Engagement also requires successful completion of a conflict check.
